Our Financial Policies

Payment for treatment is due at time of service. We accept all major credit cards, check, & CareCredit payment plans. The Advantage Plan helps those without insurance. Treatment must be paid in full minus estimated insurance, prior to your appointment. Finance charges will accrue at 1.5% per month, $2.50 minimum, on balances over 30 days old.
